Over the last 13 years, I gained valuable experience in cities like Jackson Hole, Wyoming, San Francisco, California and Scottsdale, Arizona working in four and five star hotels and resorts like the Westin St. Francis and The Phoenician. I truly enjoy the business management and attention to detail that it takes to create an impeccable event. My passion for working with people and attention to service and quality is what has now led me to starting Ck Event Services. Kim SentonarisCreative DesignerCreativity has been in my bones since I was a very little girl. I threw some of the best tea parties ever at the age of 6. Although alot has changed from 1981 to now, my passion for creativity and my love of event planning has not. My career path has transformed from being a hotel sales and convention manager, to owning Site Selection Services, a corporate meeting planning business, to now embracing on my true passion - working with clients to create and execute a once in a lifetime unforgettable experience. Initial 3 hour consultation ~ designed to jump start your vision, save you time and give you a glimpse of the services and planning required to create your perfect wedding day! If you only need a few ideas and tips, this package has been created for you.

Wedding Day ~ This service is a perfect option for the bride and groom who has already planned the majority of their wedding but would like the assistance of a professional to pull the final details together and manage the on-site rehearsal and wedding day coordination. Services include a complimentary initial consultation, a meeting 3 weeks prior to your wedding day to confirm vendors, wedding day schedule/timeline and management of on-site rehearsal and wedding day ceremony & reception.

Every Detail ~ This start to finish full service wedding coordination package is the perfect service if you desire the complete assistance of a wedding planner. This package includes the assistance of creating your vision, location/venue and vendor selection along with unlimited consultation hours and advice. We will help you plan your budget, select your invitations, favors and accessories and finally, manage your wedding day schedule/timeline, on-site rehearsal and wedding day coordination.

Destination Wedding Package ~ This package is designed just like the Every Detail full service wedding coordination yet adding the ultimate getaway wedding experience. We will assist you in choosing a destination, determining the best travel options and packages that suit your guests, negotiate rates, select local vendors and suppliers along with on-site rehearsal and wedding day coordination or provide you with assistance in managing your destination coordinator.

Designed Events ~ Rehearsal, Shower, Bachelorette/Bachelor, Honeymoon Planning—Experience yet another event that is perfectly designed to celebrate you and follow your budget. We will assist you in finding the right location, venue, the best prices, secure all reservations along with coordination of all event details.
